I just bought a new ys1500 and trying to burn it in. I have it lit, but it seems as the auger isn't turning to drop pellets in. I tried the prime button and nothing. Any ideas?

Did you press the round rubber button next the START?

Yes, that's the prime button which is supposed to override the temperature you set and just automatically run the auger and it's not doing anything.

At the top, is a START button, you must push it 1st.

Plug the cooker in
Push the on/off button in (fans and display come on)
Pulse the button next to START
