Hello everyone, I am sure this might have been asked before but I could not find the thread. Wanted to ask everyone what brand of pellets you favor and why. Thanks for the information.

My go to has been lumberjack pecan. Like the sweet notes it imparts on the meat. If I'm doing a brisket, I use lumberjack competition blend for a little more umph.
