Some of my adventures with my Y640

Hello! I've had my Y640 for a few years and have smoked a wide variety of goodies with pretty good success. I installed a home-made rotisserie a while back and use it often for large turkeys, picana steaks and pork roasts. Here are some pictures of my many adventures with my Y640 smoker.
