Greetings from the frozen white North... I've been craving a Yoder pellet grill for a while, tons of pellet experience already (Traeger, FEC, Memphis) but there's no denying the performance and sexiness of the Yoder pits!
I picked up a pair of YS640's yesterday and we have done 3 cooks on one already. There is a regular 640 for my deck and a comp cart for comps, demos, and BBQ classes. I'm happy to say the Performance has met my very high expectations!
