New YS-640 in Canada

Hi All, New YS-640 set up and running. I've been wanting a Yoder for quite a while and finally bought one. I bought a Traeger Jr about 4 years ago to learn and practice on, and while I made some tasty stuff on it, it was obvious it was entry level quality and potential.
I mainly do brisket and turkey (the rolls not whole turkey) and was given a very good tutorial from the manager of a Rudy's in Texas about how they do their brisket..I got a lot better after that! The Yoder should take me to the next level.
