Been using Treager's for 25 or so years. Been eyeballing the Yoder for about a year, and
I'm quite impressed with quality and construction of the 640.
First on the list was a smoked turkey. The last of that bird simmering on the stove in a soup.
Smoking some baby backs tomorrow.
Ordered the two piece diffuser, and dual thermometers getting ready to do 4 pork butts on the 4th.
