Posted: November 28th, 2016, 8:28 amAfter months of research, I purchased a YS 640. Two cooks so far, very good. Chickens and pork roast first, then an 11 lb spatchcocked turkey second. Ribs are next. So far so good! Looking forward to tips, tricks and recipes!
