Yoder Smokers Community Forum

Received my new YS1500 on Jan 30th and have completed the burn in. I'm from SW Kansas and own 2 GMG Jim Bowie's and see there's certainly a new learning curve with the Yoder I'm very anxious to get started smoking with my Yoder and give the JB's a long rest. Sure I'll be search this site frequently and have many questions.
