New YS 640 Owner
Posted: February 9th, 2017, 4:07 pmJust got off the phone about an hour ago to place an order for a new YS 640 from a local shop. They will be delivering it to me the beginning of next week. I'm excited.
Most of my cooking experience has just been grilling on a gas grill. A couple of years ago, I bought an electric smoker...which i find is just too small...you have to cut a rack of ribs in half to fit them inside.
I got a Big Green Egg for Christmas...which has gotten me more interested in grilling and smoking again. Looking forward to adding this to the arsenal...I will post pics when its delivered.
