Posted: August 31st, 2017, 6:11 pmEnjoying the learning process of this nice offset. So far I've got a couple probe ports, log lighter and a charcoal basket for longer unattended cooks. Coming from a YS640 I just couldn't get the flavor I desired. I guess I prefer dirty smoke. ATB is on my way to work and it's been a pleasure dealing with Don Cary and his helpful staff.
