Posted: October 13th, 2018, 8:32 amHi all! My name is Matt Bowers from Northwest Ohio. I have never in my 50 years had a quality grill or smoker. I am in the process of building an enclosed outdoor kitchen by our pond, and am leaning towards a 640 pellet smoker as one of the pieces of equipment in it. I'll get a thread going on that and hope to learn a lot from you all. Thanks for having me!
