Finally home got it together and tomorrow I will pick up my Lumberjack order, and also decided to pick up the two piece diffuser. Burn in scheduled for tomorrow. I have read so much of this forum and learned a ton I can't wait to get going. Been a traeger user, this beast doesn't even come close. Herb you rock! Learned a ton from your post. Oh and one more thing, Spatchcocked Turkey Brined in my new briner bucket will be the first smoke.
