Hello from Texas

Greetings to all privileged yoder owners and fans. My name is David and until a few months ago, lived in Kansas and,we were regular customers at All Things BBQ in Wichita. I can remember years ago being in ATBBQ and seeing what was then a prototype of the yoder pellet grills. I never really thought I would own one. My lovely wife bought me a ys640 for christmas and since then I have not looked back. I am not a competition cook at this time, but I love reading all the techniques all of you employ and trying them out. Hello and looking forward to following the forum!
