Hello from Adelaide, Australia

Hi,

My name's Garth and I'm from Adelaide, Australia.

I've been into low & slow for just over 10 years now and I bought one of the first YS640 Pellet Grills that came to Australia at the end of 2012.

I love my 640 and cook on it whenever I can - sometimes, that means high temp grilling after work 3-4 times a week, and then long, slow smoking on the weekend too. Happy days! :-)

With the assistance of our fantastic local distributor David Sprigg from GrillPro, I've done a few demo cooks on Yoder machines including organising a 4th of July show for our local pub. That pub now looks like buying a YS1500 too!

I'll be in Kansas City at the Royal in October, so I hope to catch up with some of you there. We'll be the crazy ones with the Australian flags cooking on Yoders! ;-)
