Posted: July 1st, 2015, 4:38 pmSo I just got a Yoder 1500. I am very amazed with it's quality. I was using a Traeger before. I'm still getting used to the Yoder but find the heat very consistent.
I live in Saskatchewan, Canada and am looking forward to seeing how it maintains temp in winter as it seems that it will hold temp well.
I also just started competing in BBQ competitions this year. And I think the bug has got me.
