Just picked up my YS640 Competition yesterday from Sam's NW BBQ in Sherwood, OR. Sam Hays (owner) is a great guy to do business with. Looking forward to years of putting Salmon, Pork and Yard Bird (Chicken for those not familiar with Southern terms...think about it) through this smoker.

Holly smoke, another from the land of Kirk! Welcome to the group. Was unaware there was a Yoder guy in the pac NW so I went strait to Yoder and had it shipped. Great stuff.
