I am from deep south Texas, about as far south as you can go and still be in Texas.
As in 4 hours south of San Antonio and 6 hour South of Houston. Have been BBQing for years and have had WSM, Electric smoker, offset on trailer, and two Traegers. Now stepping up to the best with the purchase of my 640.
