Just bought my first pellet smoker. A ys640 to be delivered on Friday!
With that said I'm used to a fire box and not a pellet smoker.
Any tips to get the same smoke taste? Also I've always been slow and low. How do you cook hot, yet get the same tenderness in the meat? Anyone have links on websites that you can share?

Yoder's give a good smoke flavor on the pellet units. Supplement smoke isn't needed.
