Brand New YS 480 owner

Just took delivery of my new YS 480 on Monday, did the burnoff Tuesday and just put 2 racks of St. Louis Style Ribs on about 1 1/2 hours ago using the 3-2-1 method. I anticipate really loving this smoker. The old, cheap side box smoker my kids gave me did an ok job, but was hard to hold temp and I really hated getting up every 1 1/2 to 2 hours all night to add more charcoal and splits.
I am looking forward to lots of good food as well as getting some sleep.
