Chuck Roast Recipes?
Posted: February 25th, 2016, 7:06 pmSo I picked up a cheapo chuck roast the other day on sale and since I am still learning how to cook and smoke on my 640 I thought it would be a good run.
Looking for recipes? I have found some for pulled beef sandwiches... any other ideas? I did pulled pork last weekend so I was thinking of something beside pulled beef... but maybe that is the best use for a chuck roast.
